These resources are used for improving the conditions and appearance of the <br />Riverfront District. <br />LIBRARY, RECREATION, AND CULTURAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT <br />The Library, Recreation, and Cultural Services Department (LRCS) provides the Eugene community and <br />surrounding areas, services that meet the informational, educational, cultural, and recreational needs of its <br />citizens. This department manages a wide range of recreation, cultural and leisure services and resources; <br />promotes the social and aesthetic character of the community; and operates recreation/senior centers, swimming <br />pools, and indoor and outdoor performing arts venues.
