•
The most detailed plan outlining the goals and actions described in this proposal is the BLM West
Eugene Wetland 10 -year Schedule Environmental Assessment (WEW EA). Work described in
this proposal is directly supported and described in detail in the WEW EA.
Finally, the Eugene District BLM has begun an 18 -month process to develop a Resource
Management Plan (RMP) for the WEW. Implementation of this project will occur in synch with
development of the RMP and will serve as an example of the types of restoration actions that will
likely be supported in the RMP.
25. Who are the key people responsible for this project? (List their names and titles)
Trevor Taylor, City of Eugene Natural Area Restoration Team Supervisor
Diane Steeck, City of Eugene Natural Area Restoration Team Supervisor
Chuck Fairchild, NRS Technician (Botany)
Sally Villegas, Natural Resource Specialist
26. Attach a map and photograph(s) of the project. (At a minimum, the map should show the project location,
roads, and streams, and private versus BLM ownership; all maps should be printed on 8.5 x 11 paper. The photograph should show the
project site or a representative portion of it. More than one photograph can be submitted, but they must all fit on one 8.5 x 11
page and be incorporated into this document.
See attached - page 15 and 16
27. Attach the detailed budget sheet. (It can be incorporated into this document or as a separate file)
See attached - page 14
11 of 16
