3. If EWEB, the City, and the Telephone Company are joint on a pole <br />owned by the Telephone Company and EWEB plans to remove their <br />equipment, then the procedure outlined under step 2 will apply with <br />the exception that the Telephone Company will retain ownership of the <br />pole. <br />4. If EWEB, the City, and the Telephone Company are joint on an EWEB- <br />owned pole and EWEB plans to remove their equipment, then the <br />procedure outlined under step 2 will apply with the exception that <br />the Telephone Company will purchase the pole from EWEB. <br />5. Group W Cable Company does not own poles that are jointly occupied by <br />other utilities. Their conditions for contacting any pole owned by <br />EWEB or the Telephone Company shall conform to the current and <br />respective joint use agreements. Conditions for contact of a City - <br />owned pole by Group W Cable shall be worked out between those <br />respective agencies. <br />6. If the requirements of a specific project dictate, the conditions <br />outlined above may be modified or revised in a fashion agreeable to <br />both EWEB and the City. <br />144a0E516 <br />-30- <br />07/01/83 <br />
