(d) Agencies shall notify and secure advance approval from <br />the Board for any alteration or change of existing or installation <br />of new lighting syst order to assure the Board's distribution <br />facilities are capable of carrying the electrical load changes and <br />to adjust monthly charges for energy and associated costs. <br />(e) Agencies shall be charged the appropriate monthly rate <br />for energy and associated costs for all existing and new agency <br />lights. (See Electric Section V - Electric Charges & Rates.) <br />Actual costs for all work performed by the Board in <br />paragraphs (b) and (c) above will be billed on a monthly basis. <br />(2) _Off- St. 'reet, Path' and Trail Lighting <br />Agencies shall furnish, install, own and maintain all off- <br />'. street,_pa_h and trail lighting facilities. <br />The Board will provide metered electric service to a designated <br />point of delivery in accordance with these Policies & Procedures. <br />The Board will not contract for services on metered lighting <br />systems. <br />(3) Private Property Li - ting <br />ATTACIMENT 2 <br />
