Customers served under this schedule are responsible <br />or a1T operation and maintenance of their lighting facilities. <br />Additional Board Services. Customers may apply for a contractual <br />agreement between the customer and the Board to provide for <br />operation and maintenance services. Charges to the customer <br />for such services shall be based on. actual cost of materials, <br />labor, and equipment, plus appropriate overhead and administra- <br />tive costs. <br />Restrictions. 1) Customer -owned lighting systems shall not be <br />insta e or modified by the customer when located on Board - <br />owned facilities; 2) no additional mercury vapor lighting fix- <br />tures or systems shall be served under this schedule. <br />ATTACHMENT 3 <br />
