Solicitation should provide a basis for permissive cooperative Procurements by other <br />contracting agencies. <br />9.2 .1 GPCP. <br /> An Administering <br />EOGRAPHICREFERENCES IN OOPERATIVE ROCUREMENTS <br />Contracting Agency must not permit the application of any geographic preference that <br />is more favorable to Offerors who reside in the jurisdiction or locality favored by the <br />preference than the preferences provided under ORS 279A.120. <br />JCP <br />9.3. <br /> The city may purchase Goods, Services or <br />OINTOOPERATIVE ROCUREMENTS <br />Public Improvements under a joint cooperative Procurement only if: <br />(a) The Administering Contracting Agency’s Solicitation procedure, Solicitation <br />Documents and the original contract identifies the cooperative Procurement group or <br />each participating purchasing contracting agency and specifies the estimated contract <br />requirements; and <br />(b) No material change is made in the terms, conditions or prices of the contract between <br />the contractor and the purchasing contracting agency from the terms, conditions and <br />prices of the original contract between the contractor and the Administering Contracting <br />Agency. A change is not material if it would be permitted as a contract amendment <br />under Article 16 of these regulations. <br />(c) A joint cooperative Procurement may not be a permissive cooperative Procurement. <br />PCP <br />9.4. <br />ERMISSIVE OOPERATIVE ROCUREMENTS <br />9.4 .1E. <br /> The city may establish a contract, excepting therefrom a Public <br />LIGIBILITY <br />Improvement contract, through a permissive cooperative Procurement only if: <br />(a) The Administering Contracting Agency’s Solicitation procedure, Solicitation <br />Documents and the original contract allow other contracting agencies to establish <br />contracts or Price Agreements under the terms, conditions and prices of the <br />original contract; <br />(b) The contractor agrees to extend the terms, conditions and prices of the original <br />contract to the city; and <br />(c) No material change is made in the terms, conditions or prices of the contract <br />between the contractor and the city from the terms, conditions and prices of the <br />original contract between the contractor and the Administering Contracting <br />Agency. A change is not material if it would be permitted as a contract <br />amendment under Article 16 of these regulations. <br />9.4 .2 NI. <br /> The city shall provide public notice of intent to use a permissive <br />OTICE OF NTENT <br />cooperative Procurement, in the manner provided in subsection 7.2.1, if the estimated <br />amount of the Procurement exceeds $250,000. <br />9.4 .2 .1 Contents of Notice <br />.
