ARTICLE 9 <br />COOPERATIVE PROCUREMENTS <br />DCP. <br />9.1 <br />EFINITIONS FOR OOPERATIVE ROCUREMENTS <br />9.1 .1 ACA <br /> means a governmental body in this state or <br />DMINISTERING ONTRACTING GENCY <br />in another jurisdiction that solicits and establishes the original contract for the <br />procurement of goods, services or public improvements in a cooperative procurement. <br />9.1 .2 CP <br /> means a Procurement conducted on behalf of more <br />OOPERATIVE ROCUREMENT <br />than one governmental body. "Cooperative Procurement" includes but is not limited <br />to multiagency contracts and price agreements. "Cooperative Procurement" does not <br />include an agreement formed among only governmental bodies under ORS chapter <br />190 or by a statute, charter provision, ordinance or other authority for establishing <br />agreements between or among governmental bodies or agencies or tribal governing <br />bodies or agencies. <br />9.1 .3 CPG <br /> means a group of governmental bodies joined <br />OOPERATIVE ROCUREMENT ROUP <br />through an intergovernmental agreement for the purpose of facilitating cooperative <br />Procurements. <br />9.1 .4 ICP <br /> means a permissive cooperative <br />NTERSTATEOOPERATIVE ROCUREMENT <br />Procurement in which the Administering Contracting Agency is a governmental <br />body, domestic or foreign, that is authorized under the governmental body’s laws, <br />rules or regulations to enter into Public Contracts and in which one or more of the <br />participating governmental bodies are located outside Oregon. <br />9.1 .5 JCP <br /> means a cooperative Procurement in which the <br />OINT OOPERATIVE ROCUREMENT <br />governmental bodies or the Cooperative Procurement Group and the bodies' or <br />group's contract requirements or estimated contract requirements for Price <br />Agreements are identified. <br />9.1 .6 OC <br /> means the initial contract or Price Agreement solicited and <br />RIGINALONTRACT <br />awarded during a Cooperative Procurement by an Administering Contracting Agency. <br />9.1 .7 PCP <br /> means a Cooperative Procurement in <br />ERMISSIVE OOPERATIVE ROCUREMENT <br />which the purchasing contracting agencies are not identified. <br />9.1 .8 PCA <br /> means a governmental body that procures <br />URCHASING ONTRACTING GENCY <br />goods, services or public improvements from a contractor based on the original <br />contract established by an Administering Contracting Agency. <br />CLA. <br />9.2 <br /> When preparing Solicitation Documents for Goods, Services <br />ITY AS EADGENCY <br />or Personal Services, the Solicitation Agent is encouraged to consider whether the <br />Article 9 Cooperative Procurements Page 39 <br />Exhibit A to Administrative Order No. 44-08-06-F <br /> <br />
