0 • <br />Regarding the timing of other costs, we hope that the alley assessment will not need to be paid until FY07. It is <br />possible but not guaranteed that we will receive the Quinney exchange revenue before the assessment is due, <br />however it's unlikely that we'll be able to appropriate the funds in time to use them directly for payment. Note also that <br />we have committed through the agreement to improve the newly configured site with irrigated turf.
