I am trying to keep a close eye on the budget for the BLM Vegetation Contract as we finish up the season to make <br />sure that we don't go over the $144k. There are some costs that I anticipated that are not showing up in the <br />CASS reports for GJN100006. They areas follows: <br />Lane County Truck Lease (vehicle # 96-160) and State Pool Jeep (vehicle # 198-086) - I have asked Morgan <br />Harter to give me a summary of the costs to date, but haven't been able to get that from her. Also, the <br />charges aren't showing up anywhere; <br />Equipment rental rates (NR Maintenance equipment, including large New Holland mower and dump truck) - Jesse <br />wasn't sure how this was paid for in the past and said to check with you about how we might do this; <br />Hours spent by mowers Zane Renfro and Jay Gordon - Jesse says they have been coding their time to 93 2001 <br />379 on their time sheets. I am not sure what this code is for and it may be that I didn't pass along this year's <br />GJN to Jesse to make sure they were charging their time to the right place. How do we fix this and get the <br />hours they spent mowing charged to the correct account?
