Lease vehicles: we leased two vehicles (Lane County vehicle # 96-160 and State Pool vehicle # 198-086) under <br />this contract, but none of the charges have shown up under GJN100006. The only spreadsheet that I have seen <br />with account information is the following (note the acct code listed is 531-9335-61511-975162): <br />\\cesrv200\public\Natural-Resources\WetlandsProgram\SummerTemps\2007-5easonals\Motor-Pool-2007.doc <br />Karen Roybal sent me info on the June & July charges for these vehicles, but nothing since. <br />2). I have filled out a billing worksheet with some charges for equipment and labor that need to be charged to <br />GJN100006, so I will bring that with me. This is for mowing time by Zane Renfro and Jay Gordon and for the use of <br />Natural Resource Maintenance equipment. <br />3).
