<br /> <br />Evaluation Criteria <br />Evaluation of the written response portion to the RFP will be based on a point system. The <br />possible point values are listed by each evaluation category. A committee will review the <br />responses and assign points for each category. Please see the following SECTION V. <br />PROPOSAL EVALUATION PROCEDURES for a summary of the complete evaluation process. <br /> <br />The written responses will be used to determine the Short List of Offerors for further evaluation. <br />Items will be scored up to the maximum point value indicated in parentheses. <br /> <br /> <br /> Knowledge, skills, and ability in fisheries biology and Fish Monitoring. (20 points) <br /> <br /> <br /> Successful completion of fish monitoring projects similar in scope to the Delta Ponds <br />Floodplain Restoration Project fish monitoring requirements. Fish monitoring services <br />demonstrated in riverine, side channel, or backwater habitats. (30 points) <br /> <br /> <br /> Consultant’s experience and reputation for satisfactory work, judgment, integrity, and <br />reliability. (30 points) <br /> <br /> <br /> How well submitted proposal meets the goals and requirements outlined in the RFP and <br />provides the best value cost proposal. (20 points) <br /> <br />Written Proposal Total Possible Points: 100 <br /> <br />The agent responsible for the solicitation may contact Offerors for clarification of proposals; <br />however no additions, deletions or substitutions may be made to proposals that cannot be <br />termed as clarifications. Offeror’s responses to questions shall restate the question and provide <br />the clarification requested. <br /> <br /> <br />
