AMENDMENT NO. # 1 TO <br />City of Eugene Contract No. 2007 - 05302 <br />IF - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - — - - - - - - - - - - — - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - — - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - — - - - - - <br />This Amendment is made to the Cooperative Agreement dated 7/20/2006, between the City of Eugene <br />(City) and the Long Tom Watershed Council (Contractor). <br />City and Contractor mutually agree to amend the contract referenced above as follows: <br />The Amendment continues the cooperative agreement and amends the "Work" as set forth in <br />amended Exhibits A, B and C, which are attached an made a part of the agreement. <br />Section 1 is amended to include the following additional tasks: <br />Deleted: $ <br />Deleted: q <br />Task <br />Purnose <br />Reduce woody vegetation in prairie - savanna <br />To enhance prairie- savanna habitat at no more <br />habitats <br />than 3 trees 2er acre and 10% shrub cover <br />Increase percent cover of native grasses and <br />To increase the availability of nectar sources for <br />forbs <br />Fender's blue butterfl <br />Reduce percentage of conifers in existing oak <br />To maintain an oak dominated woodland <br />woodland <br />Section 1 shall no longer include the task of re- grading road side ditches since this has already <br />been completed. <br />Section 3. a. is amended to read as follows: <br />a.
