C� <br />Guidelines under the Oregon Plan for Salmon and Watersheds. <br />Develop contract and supervise and inspect contract work pertaining to scotch broom and <br />blackberry removal /control. <br />Manage protect budget and process invoices from contractors (see attachment B). <br />Complete final report and most current version of the Oregon Plan Reporting Form and <br />submit to OWEB. <br />Coordinate annual monitoring and submit monitoring reports to OW EB for 5 years after <br />project is completed. <br />Section 4. is amended to have a project completion date of June 30, 2008. <br />Section 7. b. (iii) is amended to require a final report by August 30, 2008 on the results and <br />condition of the work, including observations on the design of the work, maintenance performed <br />and its cost. <br />Section 11. is amended to require the work to be performed under this Cooperative Agreement <br />shall being on or about July 1, 2007, and is expected to be completed on June 30, 2008. <br />Attachment B. shall be replaced by the attached budget. <br />Attachment C. shall be replaced by the attached timeline. <br />All other terms and conditions of this contract remain in full force and effect. <br />CITY OF EUGENE <br />Johnny R.
