We have a cooperative agreement (2007- 03502) with the Long Tom Watershed Counci I (LTWC),. which I believe
expires at the end of the month. This agreement was set up so that we could track work that we were doing in
partnership with LTWC using OWEB grant funds. LTWC has now received a second OWEB grant to continue this
work. Can we simply amend the original cooperative agreement to extend the date? There is no transfer of money
because they are hiring contractors to do the work while our crews do work that counts as in kind services for the
grant. Anyway, shall we talk about this? What do we need to do to amend or extend this cooperative agreement.
Do you need a description of the work to be done under the new OWEB grant? Is there other information that you
need?
Thanks!
Lauri
From: RISDAL Lacey L
Sent: Tuesday, April 24, 2007 9:27 AM
To: MULLEN Lauri H
Cc: AANDERUD Kris
Subject: RE: Wild Iris Ridge cooperative agreement
Lauri,
Attached is a report I ran from Job Costing which shows all the employees and their hours charging to the work- type.you
indicated. Please review and let me know if you have any questions. Hopefully everyone was using the work -type
appropriately. For your second question below, I would refer you to Kris. She is probably more familiar with your contract
and can help with amendment questions. If you need further assistance, or would like to run any contracts options by me,
just let me know,
Kris —Can you please assist Lauri with her questions in the second paragraph below? I believe that Jesse Cary Hobbs and some of the other NRM crew do too. Can you give me a summary for the
hours charged by various employees over the last year? Since this isn't actually a contract, maybe that isn't
possible, but I assume we are charging to that work type for that purpose...
Also, the Long Tom Watershed Council just received another OWEB grant for work at Wild Iris Ridge. Our role will
be very much the same as under the current cooperative agreement (different dollar amount, tasks and deadline,
but same site and type of work). Can we just amend that agreement? If so, what do we need to do to amend it?
Shall I work with Kris to get that done?
Thanks!
Lauri
