I also changed the wording a little bit on the routing form (under "description of contract /agreement), but then realized that the wording on the original routing form was the same, so I am not sure I should have changed it. My other questions for you are: Some of the duties under section 3 a and b will be slightly different, so I am not sure whether those changes need to be documented in the amendment (my sense is no, but would like to chat about it). The budget for the 2nd OWEB grant is different than the budge shown in Attachment B. Likewise the timeline shown in Attachment C is different for this contract. Please let me know if I need to provide these or if all of these changes require a more significant reworking of the cooperative agreement. Thanks! With an amendment that looks like this, it give you the ability to write the scope and timeline the way you want. Ex. A may be fine from the original contract, but if you want to amend it...
