2. Supply sufficient materials and tool's to do an adequate job, guarantee that there is sufficient work <br />to occupy the participants during scheduled work hours. <br />3. Affirm that this agreement will not displace_ lav -off. terminate_ reduce wage rates or reduce overtime <br />hours of current employees or result in the substitution of trainees for workers currently on layoff. The <br />agency must notify LOOKING GLASS within 24 hours in writing if any layoff occurs. <br />4. Assure that participants will work on publicly -owned facilities and projects, or on projects sponsored <br />by non - profit agencies or organizations. Participants may also work on privately -owned facilities. <br />5. Notify LOOKING GLASS in the event of any labor disputes when notice is served by the Union or <br />bargaining agent, and not accept assignment of participants during such disputes. <br />6. Submit evaluations of participants on the forms provided. as requested. and inform LOOKING GLASS <br />as soon as possible. in the event of a problem that, if not corrected, would result in termination. <br />7. Not accept a participant who is related to any member of the AGENCY'S administrative staff, nor assign <br />a participant under the direct or indirect supervision of the participant's relative. <br />8. Keep an accurate and verifiable record of time spent on the job by each participant and aid participants <br />in submitting timecards or stipend attendance forms according to the agreed -upon schedule. Participants <br />shall be subject and entitled to the same working conditions as the AGENCY'S regular employees, but <br />not the same financial benefits. <br />9. Release participants from scheduled duties to allow participation in approved educational, vocational, <br />counseling, or related activities provided. <br />10. Assure that the participant will not be required to engage in sectarian activities, nor be assigned to the <br />construction. operation, or maintenance of part of any facility, which is used for religious instruction or <br />worship. <br />I I. Assure that the participants do not engage in political activities as part of their jobs. <br />12. Notify LOOKING GLASS within 2'4 hours of first learning of an occupational accident or injury <br />affecting the participant. <br />I'D. Agree to call LOOKING GLASS if any problems or concerns arise and/or participant work is <br />unsatisfactory. <br />14. Be permitted to dismiss the participant from the worksite for any cause deemed in good faith by the <br />AGENCY. Normally. the AGENCY would contact LOOKING GLASS before dismissal. However, <br />in the case of an emergency. AGENCY may terminate the participant and then contact LOOKING <br />GLASS as soon as possible. <br />
