The Intergovernmental Contract (both copies) needs <br />signatures and the Tree Plan needs to be modified. <br />Please arrange for signatures of the Intergovernmental Contract and modify the Tree Plan as <br />indicated on the enclosed copy. Both copies of the signed Intergovernmental Contract along <br />with three copies of the modified Tree Plan need to be returned to our office. Please send them <br />to Scott Plamondon, Urban Forester, City of Eugene, 1820 Roosevelt Blvd., Eugene, OR, 97402. <br />Once the Intergovernmental Contract and Tree Plan are processed for City signatures, we will <br />mail you a fully executed copy.
