The above ANCIENT contract, begin date of 2-
5-90, end date of February 5, 2000 has not terminated.
This is a complicated contract with no end in sight. Basically Suess has an
easement on his property to the Ridge Line Trail. He has wanted to re- locate it
for years, and can not do a thing until the County re -zones the area. We are
caught in a catch 22 waiting on the county with no resolution in sight.
What I would like to do is process an amendment requesting the end date be
open ended/ permanent. Since it expired in Feb. of 2000 I am guessing that is a
big N0. Can you let me know if we need to start this whole process over? The
city lawyer that was involved has passed away and,John Etter has retired so alot
of the history is lost.
HELP...... thanks.
cefti,
1
