I have changed the contract manager to be you, <br />but you can certainly tell me if there is a more appropriate person to show as the manager. <br />This appears to be a long -term problem file. About 3 years ago, it looks like they suggested we write and addendum to <br />make it an on -going contract with the ability to terminate upon written notice. I do not find any such amendment. The <br />current termination date is 2/5/2000... obviously a bit old. <br />I am going to put the original contract file in your box in a red folder so that you can review everything that I have. If you <br />want copies, I can see that copies are made for you. <br />Can you please give me specific direction on what we should do with.this contract?
