Contract 2003 - 05321, The Oregon Community Foundation contract, had a termination date of 2/1/04. You have <br />the file for review. Any direction on this contract? Are we expecting additional revenues? Is there any reason to leave it <br />open? <br />A 2nd contract that begs for attention is contract 1992 -00734 with Robert Suess, which involves a Circuit Court settlement <br />of $5,250 plus interest. Has this payment been received.. Does this need to stay open until final payment is received? <br />A 3rd contract to review is contract 2004 -05320 with Bergeson -Boese and Associates, Inc. for the Whilamut Landfill <br />delineation at Alton Baker Park.
