It is related to maintenance of the flag pole in Skinner Butte Park and Richard is the contact for that <br />work. We are pretty out of the loop on that one. <br />Regarding the Suess contract, Philip will follow up. It sounds like this one may be in our best interest to keep open and sit <br />on as is for a while. <br />The 3rd one with Bergeson -Boese is kind of problematic. We haven't been real satisfied with their work, but haven't had <br />time to follow up on it. Contract 2003 - 05321, The Oregon Community Foundation contract, had a termination date of 2/1/04. You have <br />the file for review. Any direction on this contract? Are we expecting additional revenues? Is there any reason to leave it <br />open? <br />A 2nd contract that begs for attention is contract 1992 -00734 with Robert Suess, which involves a Circuit Court settlement <br />of $5,250 plus interest. Has this payment been received. Does this need to stay open until final payment is received? <br />A 3rd contract to review is contract 2004 -05320 with Bergeson -Boese and Associates, Inc. for the Whilamut Landfill <br />delineation at Alton Baker Park. It had a July 15, 2005 term date, which is nearly one year ago. <br />Thanks for your assistance and direction.
