03/07/2005 07:49 5414858384 SSW ENGINEERS PAGE 02 <br />This document and Administrative Rule R -7.280 will inform and assist: the Developer in their <br />responsibilities with regards to City Standards for: <br />Tree Selection and Quality <br />Planting .Locations and Procedures <br />Establishment Period and Maintenance Practices <br />Pruning <br />Tree Replacement <br />Tree Protection <br />Tree Removal <br />This Street Tree Plan is for the street trees to be planted in the right of way of the following <br />streets: Miles Way, Lm Avenue and Silver Meadows Drive and Dibbly4e Lane, and only for <br />those portions of said streets as described in the Eugene p] at boundary and only for that portion <br />noted on the Street Tree Plan Site Map, attached to and incorporated into this Plan and <br />Agreement. <br />Tree Purchase And Cage <br />The Developer, is expected to meet all the requirement of the City of Eugene Street Tree Planting <br />standards. Trees shall be grown to the standards and specifications of the American Standard for <br />Nursery Stock (ANZI 2.60.1- 1,966), published by the American Association of Nurserymen. <br />Trees shall be planted according to the City of Eugene approved Street Tree Planting Location <br />Standards and shall be planted during the approved planting season (October 15 — March 15" <br />for bare root trees-or September 1.5 - April 15`' for container -grown trees or balled and burlapped <br />trees), unless otherwise approved by the Urban Forester <br />Plantin <br />Planting of. street trees shall be per Administrative Rulc R- 7.280. Street trees will be installed in <br />the right -of -way adjacent to each lot within the subdivision within six months of occupancy of <br />the residence on the respective lot. This time allows for proper planting conditions within the <br />City's Approved Planting Season. It is highly recommended that the Developer request a pre - <br />planting .field inspection by Urban Forestry staff prior to bcglnning of planting. <br />Tracking System for Watering, Pruning and Ma intenance <br />The Developer shall supply the following information to the City on the Street Tree Plan Annual <br />Record and Tracking Report form. provided: <br />Name of Developer's ..Landscape Contractor and Certii:icd Arborist <br />Addresses and phone numbers for developer and contractors <br />ISA Certification number for Certified Arborist <br />Street Tree Plan <br />
