Developer may change their representative at any time, but must give the new information, as <br />above, to the City. <br />The Developer's landscape contractor and /or arborist shall make periodic visual inspections of <br />all street trees planted within the development. The visual inspection shall include, but not be <br />limited to, checking trees for any stress conditions with respect to irrigation, pests, disease, <br />damage, or neglect. The Developer's landscape contractor and /or arborist shall provide <br />assistance for street trees on an as needed basis during the three year establishment period. <br />Conditions which warrant attention will be relayed to the Developer either by mail or in person <br />by landscape contractor and /or arborist. <br />At the beginning of the three -year establishment period and at the end of each year's planting <br />season during the three year establishment period, the Developer shall supply a detailed Street <br />Tree Plan Annual Record and Tracking Report Form to the Urban Forester, City of Eugene, <br />Parks and Open Space Division, 1820 Roosevelt Blvd., Eugene, OR 97402, documenting the <br />following: <br />Planting date Street address <br />Size of tree Species of tree <br />Number of trees planted Watering schedule <br />Maintenance company or provider <br />Contact information, including addresses and phone numbers <br />Name of ISA Certified Arborist and certification number <br />Developer contact number <br />Tree Replacement <br />Any dead, stressed or non - approved tree, as defined in R- 7.280 -F(6), Tree Replacement, shall be <br />replaced by the Developer during the next approved planting season. The new three -year <br />establishment period for a replacement tree begins when the tree is installed and the Developer <br />provides the City with written documentation of the planting. <br />Structural Pruning <br />Initial structural pruning shall be performed to the standards of R -7.280 (5) by an ISA Certified <br />Arborist at the end of the three -year establishment period, prior to final City inspection. <br />Bond Release and Reduction <br />At the end of the three -year establishment period, the Developer may request release or reduction <br />of the bond. After final inspection, the City will provide written notice of acceptance of <br />responsibility for all approved trees. Any remaining Developer obligations must be met by <br />providing a new bond, approved by the City, before reduction of the original bond is authorized. <br />Street Tree Plan 6 <br />
