We have a copy of the <br />Thompson Landscape Maintenance report for the street trees established as of <br />February 6, 2004. Please send us a copy of the final invoice for the 3` year <br />street tree pruning and maintenance. When we receive a copy of this invoice or <br />a statement from your landscape contractor the City will authorize the release of <br />Bond P134004. <br />An inspection of Sterling Woods PUD First Addition found that street trees have <br />been established in 37 spaces and an additional eight plant -able spaces remain. <br />Please provide the City with any documentation for the planting and maintenance <br />that has been completed on the current 37 planted street trees. At this time, the <br />City will continue to require the maintenance of Bond PC4271 until the terms of <br />the original agreement have been met. <br />Under the contract agreement, you are also required to have a current certificate <br />of insurance for the City of Eugene. The current certificate has expired. Please <br />see that a new certificate is issued.
