I did make a few small changes, but it looked great. <br />We can consider offering Mr. Wester the option of reducing the bond on Sterling Woods PUD, First Addition. Of the 45 <br />plantable spaces in that subdivision, 37 have trees. So, 82% of the plantable spaces have been planted. If Mr. Wester <br />can provide documentation that the 37 existing trees have met the three -year establishment period and have received <br />their final structural pruning, we may be able to reduce the bond by 82 %. In the contract itself there is a provision to reduce a bond amount annually <br />based on the completion rate. If you want to consider this option, please let me know what percentage <br />you would want to reduce the 2 nd bond by and an amendment can be drawn up to reflect that. <br />Thanks for letting me take the first crack on this one.
