City, Attorney should decline representation of clients with <br />interests such that Attorney is brought into direct contact and <br />dealing from an adversary relationship with employees or repre- <br />sentatives of City's Public Works Department, Planning Department <br />or City Manager's office. Such specific consent is hereby given <br />by City for Attorney to continue its representation of the defen- <br />dants in the City of Springfield v. Ivan Lynch, et al Lane County <br />Circuit Court, Case No. 16-82-09384 wherein City is represented <br />by Harms, Harold & Leahy, Attorneys at Law. Finally, where the <br />difficulty involves a potential conflict of interest between City <br />and MWMC, there shall be a meeting between City, City's general <br />legal counsel, a commissioner or commissioners to be designated <br />by MWMC and Attorney to discuss and arrive at a resolution of the <br />problem. Such a meeting shall be held before the effective date <br />of this agreement regarding MWMC v.
