• The contractor shall provide five (5) business days prior notification to Royal <br />Refuse Dispatch office, (541) 688-5622 for all activities which will affect their <br />operations. Upon request the contractor shall also notify Royal Refuse on a <br />daily basis of specific Work activities, location, and schedule. <br />• The contractor shall provide five (5) business days prior notification to Lane <br />Apex Dispatch office, (541) 607-2042 for all activities which will affect their <br />operations. Upon request the contractor shall also notify Lane Apex on a <br />daily basis of specific Work activities, location, and schedule. <br />• The contractor shall provide five (5) business days prior notification to the <br />U.S. Postal Service (USPS), (541) 341-3694 for all activities which will affect <br />their operations. Upon request the contractor shall also notify USPS on a <br />daily basis of specific Work activities, location, and schedule. <br />• No ramp or sidewalk location shall be closed for more than five (5) Calendar <br />Days. <br />00225.02 General Requirements <br />(ADD) Request modifications to the operation of traffic signals in writing to the Engineer <br />(five) 5 business days in advance. <br />00225.05 Contractor's Traffic Control Plan <br />(DELETE) The first sentence. <br />(ADD) The Traffic Control Plan (TCP) in the plan set has been approved, by the <br />Engineer, for use by the Contractor. It is the Contractor's responsibility to modify <br />this TCP as necessary to provide a complete TCP for the Contractor's Work <br />operations. Any modifications to this plan requires that the Contractor shall <br />submit a detailed Work schedule showing stage construction along with the TCP <br />in writing five (5) Work Days before the pre-construction conference for approval. <br />If, as determined by the Engineer, the Contractor submitted TCP does not meet <br />these requirements the TCP will be rejected and no adjustment of Contract Time <br />will be allowed. <br />00225.11 Temporary Signing <br />(b) Sign Supports <br />(ADD) (6) City Provided Special Information Signs - <br />City Provided Special Information Signs shall be post mounted in accordance <br />with Oregon Standard Drawing TM200. <br />Cnimninl Pmvicinnc _lnh AARRF Pane d <br />
