Each WMAC pay item shall <br />have the cost for the fraction of the WMAC per ton unit price represented by the <br />asphalt cement in mixture designated on the bid schedule, beneath the pay item, <br />on the line identified as "Asphalt Cement in WMAC Per Ton of WMAC <br />Complete".
