If we know going into the ro`ect that we are going to come close to 40 p J . . <br />hours, we should talk about how we are gong to complete the work without direct campensat~on. If we can't f <br />~ define the project, then I think we should state CITY shall provide LCOG with up to 40 hours of technical <br />assistance in support of the Corps Metro Waterways Study related to estimating costs of associated <br />land acquisitions and easements. This work will be coordinated through CITY's Senior Real Property <br />~ffcer, Russ Royer and may include other staff under his supervision as needed. One question is who you would prefer to have <br />sign on the city's behalf. Kurt signed on the recent contracts with Coburg and Cottage Grove, but since this is only <br />$4,000, ,Jeanne said Mark could sign. Should we set up for Mark or would you prefer to have Kurt sign?
