This statement shall include a summary of progress made through the date of <br />billing and shall not be submitted more frequently than once a month. Project Close-Out <br />Project Manager (2 firs @ $90.85) 181.70 <br />TOTAL $2740.80 <br />If Agency determines that deliverables are not acceptable and that deficiencies are the <br />responsibility of the Contractor, then Agency shall prepare a detailed written description of the <br />deficiencies and an associated time frame for, correction, and' deliver such notice to Contractor in <br />a timely manner. Contractor shall correct the identified deficiencies within the time specified in <br />the notice and at no cost to Agency. If the corrective work causes delays in Contractor's Services, <br />then Contractor shall submit a plan for regaining the delivery schedule for remaining Services <br />under this SOW, unless otherwise allowed by Agency. If the identified deficiencies have not been <br />corrected within the specified timeline, then Agency may (i) terminate this SOW without <br />payment or any further obligation or liability of any kind to Contractor or (ii) require Contractor <br />to continue to correct the deficiencies; reserving this same right to terminate at any time. <br />Archaeology Scope of Work -GJN 4657 & 4664 <br />
