Portland Cement stabilizing <br /> agents into the mixture in relation to the speed and quantity of material being recycled. <br /> Provide equipment capable of spreading the material and striking .if -off to designated line, grade <br /> and traverse slope without segregation, dragging or fracturing of aggregate. <br /> The slurry mixer and truck shall be capable of completely dispersing the cement in the water to <br /> produce a uniform slurry, and shall continuously agitate the slurry once mixed. <br /> Water may be applied through the mixer or with water trucks equipped with pressure-spray <br /> bars. <br /> 00642.24 Compaction Equipment -Provide self-propelled rollers and compactors capable of <br /> reversing without backlash.
