The new base layer shall <br /> be proportioned, mixed, placed, compacted, and cured in accordance with -this. specification, <br /> <br /> and shall conform to the lines,~grades, thicknesses, and typical cross sections shown in the <br /> plan. <br /> <br /> The Full Depth Reclaimed material shall be stabilized using Portland Cement. The percentage <br /> <br /> of Portland Cement in the stabilized material will be based on the dry weight of reclaimed <br /> material <br /> Excess material generated from the FDR process shall be utilized as shoulder rock under the <br /> bid item "Reclaimed Base Aggregate in Shoulders".
