Change <br /> "$10,000,000" to."$5,000,000" [two instances]. <br /> CHANGES TO GENERAL PROVISIONS <br /> (DELETE). SECTION 70-13 OPENING SECTIONS OF THE WORK TO TRAFFIC. Delete two consecutive <br /> sentences that start "The project is not phased. Construction work shall start no earlier...." <br /> (ADD) SECTION 70-13 OPENING SECTIONS OF THE WORK TO TRAFFIC. Add the following to <br /> the clause after the first paragraph: "The project consists of three paving phases on the North <br /> Ramp. Each phase shall be completed and opened to traffic before the next phase starts. Phase.l <br /> consists of the reconstruction and paving at south Kilo and-the heavy pads. Phase 2 consists of the <br /> overlay work at the north end of the North Ramp near the site of the new Fire Station 12. Phase 3 <br /> consists of reconstructing Taxiway TNHT1-02.
