a <br />forth in Exhibit A hereto is consistent with applicable policies and directives of the City Council, <br />and complies with the City Council's directive and the requirements of Section 7.300 of the Eugene <br />Code, 1971, that all of the City's costs related to processing the applications for the permits and <br />inspecting the work during and after completion of the work be fully recovered. Upon adoption of <br />a final order I intend to reformat and ratify the existing fee schedule to incorporate the proposed <br />addition and repeal Administrative Order No. 58-01-18-F. <br />On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br />1. ~ Copies of the Notice be provided to the Mayor and City Councilors, posted at two <br />locations at City Hall, published in the Register-Guard, a newspaper of general circulation within <br />the City, and be made available for interested persons at the offices of the City Manager, 777 Pearl <br />Street, Eugene, Oregon 97401, during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday <br />through Friday, exclusive of holidays). <br />2. All persons desiring to comment thereon shall submit written comments as set forth . <br />in the Notice.
