G. Adoption of this Emergency Rule is authorized by Section 2.019(6) of the Eugene <br />Code, 1971. <br />Therefore, based upon the above findings, which are hereby adopted, and pursuant to the <br />authority contained in Sections 2.019(6), 6.411, and b.451 of the Eugene Code, 1971, and <br />Ordinance No. 19984, <br />The City Manager of the City of Eugene hereby orders that: <br />The rate methodology for monthly stormwater customer charges established by Ordinance <br />No. 19984 is changed to clarify that exemptions or reductions provided for therein do not apply <br />to road or administrative .components of the stormwater charges. <br />This amendment shall remain in effect for a period of 180 days from the effective date <br />indicated below, unless .replaced prior to that time by permanent rules adopted in accordance <br />with the provisions of Section 2.019 of the Eugene Code 1971. <br />...Dated and effective this 1st day c~ "T^~•^-~~,°-- ~ oo~ <br />a <br />_~ <br />Administrative Order - 2 <br />
