'ection 3: CONS i ttu~. <br />3.A STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS <br />C <br />The Standard Specifications (City Standards) which are applicable to work within the <br />public way are those published by the American Publi ~ am ndments by the C ty of <br />Chapter, current edition, as modified #hrough publ~she lacement of facilities <br />Eugene, and/or modified by these special provisions.
