EC <br />7.302 <br />Where utility placement is within a public way scheduled for construction or <br />reconstruction, all underground pipes and conduits shall be laid a minimum depth of <br />30 inches below the design grade of the new construction if such grade has been <br />established. <br />Exceptions to the 30 inch minimum depth requirement may. be allowed under <br />special circumstances.
