Street. All other <br />right-ofi way use and cut permits are issued_through Engineering staff at the Permit and <br />lnformation Center at 99 W 10th Avenue. Applications shall be made on a. standard form <br />provided by the City. Ail relevant portions of application form and standard attachments <br />must be completed prior to submittal to the City.
