4.8.2 No person shall engage in any disruptivebehavior at the Airport. <br />As used herein, "disruptive behavior" includes, but is not limited <br />to, behavior that: (a) interferes with the use of the Airport by other <br />persons; (b) interferes with or hinders Airport staff in the <br />performance of their duties; or (c) is inconsistent with the purpose <br />and intent of the Airport and disturbing to the staff or other persons <br />_ using the premises. <br />2. Amend Exhibit 2 to the Rules Governing the Use of Mahlon Sweet Airport <br />adopted by Administrative Order No. 58-95-01, as reflected in the Exhibit 2 attached <br />hereto <br />3. Except as proposed herein, all other provisions of the Rules Governing-the <br />Use of Mahlon Sweet Airport adopted by Administrative Order No 58-95-O1 remain in <br />full force and effect. <br />Public-Notice. of his proposed amendment to the Rules of Governing the Use of <br />Mahlon Sweet Airport shall be given by making copies thereof available to any person <br />..who has requested such notice, and by publication thereof in the Register Guard, a <br />newspaper of general circulation within the City for at least five days, providing <br />interested persons an opportunity of not less than 15 days to submit data or comments <br />.thereon.
