NOW, THEREFORE, <br />Based on the above findings, and pursuant to the authority contained in Eugene Code 5.040, <br />the Traffic Engineer of the City of Eugene orders that: <br />Parking shall be prohibited on the east side of Pearl Street from 10"' Avenue to 130 feet south <br />of 11 `h Avenue; and <br />Parking shall be permitted on the west side of Pearl Street from Broadway to 60 feet north of <br />11 "' Avenue; and <br />There shall be two travel lanes on Pearl Street between Broadway and 10~` Avenue; and <br />The alignment of the travel lanes and bike lane shall be adjusted as needed to accommodate <br />the parking changes. <br />Dated this~'~~ Day of March, 1998 <br />Gary L.
