The Notice shall provide that all persons desiring to comment on the <br />proposed fees may submit written comments to the City Manager at 777 Pearl Street, <br />Eugene, Oregon 97401 within 10 days of the first date of publication and .posting as <br />indicated in the Notice, or at the public hearing to be held in the McNutt Room of Eugene <br />City Hall, 777 Pearl Street, Eugene, Oregon, 97401, on May 26, 2005, between 4:30 PM <br />and 5:30 PM. Upon conclusion of the public hearing and the comment period, 1 will <br />establish the fees and charges as proposed, or as modified in response to the comments <br />received, and will repeal Administrative Order No. 58=04-13-F. <br />.Dated this day of May, 2005. ~---.~ <br />Dennis M.
