S®ction 6 <br />Airtares <br />Ten-year average fare trend <br />Exhibit 6.3 tracks the average domestic fares at Eugene Airport and Portland International Airport from <br />calendar year 1995 to nine months ended September 30, 2004. The graph in Exhibit 6.4 charts the <br />average domestic fares for the airports adjusted for inflation (1995 dollars). Both graphs are based on <br />U.S. DOT one-way average domestic fares. <br />Over the 10-year period, Eugene Airport's average domestic fares have been consistently higher than <br />those of Portland International Airport. The Eugene Airport domestic average fare trend has been <br />1 generally stable, staying between $160 and $170. Portland International Airport average domestic fares <br />have been much less stable. The lowest average domestic airfare of $128.53 was recorded for 1996 and <br />the highest average airfare of $150.91 was for 2000.
