Section 6 <br />Airtares <br />Average airfares at Eugene Airport's nonstop markets <br />Exhibit 6.1 compares the average airfares in the Eugene Airport nonstop markets to the average airfares <br />at Portland International Airport. The Eugene Airport had comparable fares to Portland International <br />Airport in the Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Medford markets. However, the average one-way fare to <br />Las Vegas, Phoenix, Denver, Seattle, and Salt Lake City were higher at Eugene Airport compared to <br />Portland International Airport. The Eugene <br />Airport's fares were at least 20 percent higher than Portland International Airport's fares in the following <br />markets: Orlando, New Orleans, and Dallas/Ft. Worth. Compared to the 2004 Passenger Demand <br />Ana/ysis, fare disparities improved for all markets except Dallas/Ft.
