This reservoir will
eventually serve most of the 1325 system in the Willamette, Hillcrest and College Crest systems. There needs
to be further analysis of build out demands in [his area, versus existing demands. Poor
construction methods resulted in separation of the exterior grout from the prestressed wire bands, weakening the
structural integrity and life of the reservoirs. EWEB estimates that by conducting these repairs we aze adding
twenty-five to thirty-five yeazs of life on these structures. The remaining two reservoirs that need-to be
refurbished are the City View 975 and the Crept 975 reservoirs. From reconnaissance conducted on these
reservoirs, EWEB anticipates that these reservoirs will need the least repair work. These reservoirs will be
repaired within the same year. _
Engineering $ 15,000 SDC Funded $ 0
Repairs & Construction $112,000 Rate Funded Capital $135,000
Administration 8000
Total Cost $135,000:
