List of Funding Sources <br />CITY FUNDS <br />Community Conference Center Fund (Conf. Center) <br />Source: Facilities Usage and Parking Fees. <br />Conference Center funds are used exclusively to preserve and maintain the Conference Center <br />and its adjacent parking facility. Project priorities are based on a building condition audit.. <br />' report. <br />Emergency Medical Services Fund (EMS) <br />Source: Users fees collected from ambulance and emergency medical services FireMed <br />membership payments. <br />Projects include capital improvements to fire stations and to enhance fire and EMS <br />redeployment. <br />Facilities & Fleet Services Fund (Facility & Fleet) <br />Source: Maintenance and replacement charges. <br />This is an internal fund which provides for maintenance of public buildings, City vehicles and <br />equipment. Charges are made to user departments to cover maintenance expenses and the <br />replacement of vehicles or equipment sold or removed from use. Capital projects in this fund <br />are to maintain or construct fleet shop or other fleet facilities. <br />General Capital Projects Fund (General) <br />Source: Transfer from the General Fund (property taxes and other City general revenue <br />sources). <br />This is used for any specific project, service or program not supported by dedicated or other <br />funding.
