Public Input <br />Opportunity <br />Citizen involvement: Distribute neighborhood specific CIP flyers to Eugene N~~en,ber - <br />households asking for their input; staff meets with interested neighborhood groups. r-ebruary <br />Planning Commission holds a work session and a public hearing on the CIP. It <br />makes a recommendation to the Budget Committee and City Council. <br />Public Input <br />Budget Committee accepts public comments during two work sessions and makes opportunity <br />a recommendation to Council <br />Spring <br />Adopted CIP Document <br />City Council holds a public hearing and adopts the CIP. The CIP ~ ~. <br />becomes the basis for the Annual Capital Budget.
