Citizen states that three traffic lights within a <br />very short distance would create new backup issues and may not solve the current backup <br />problem. <br />General Comments: <br />• Kerry Cook: Hwy 35 Jake brake noise should be controlled. <br />• Kerry Cook: Great info: looking forward to the needed improvements. Thanks. <br />• Barbara Schenewark: Different elevations for east and west bound I-84 traffic (oncoming <br />light factor). Think about 281 because Hood River valley is growing! Big problem 2nd St <br />bridge off-ramp east bound -you can't see traffic coming from the north until you're in the <br />way -Same thing, Hwy 35 -Can't see!
