Adoption of the November 1999 Street Classification Map attached as Exhibit <br />A will introduce inconsistencies between the November 1999 Street Classification Map and the <br />adopted Street Right-of--Way Map that must be addressed through amendments to the Street Right- <br />of-Way Map. The Street Right-of--Way Map should therefore be amended as set forth in Exhibit B <br />attached hereto <br />F. The Eugene Arterial and Collector Street Plan attached as Exhibit C contains fmdings <br />that the actions proposed herein are consistent with TransPlan and the Metro Plan, and implements <br />the goals and policies contained. therein, and should be adopted in support of such action. <br />Now, therefore, based on the above findings, <br />THE CITY OF EUGENE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Subsections (2)(a) and (2)(b)3.b. of Section 9.045 of the Eugene Code, 1971 <br />are amended as follows: <br />9.045 Platting Standards -Streets and Roads. <br />(2) Street Width. i <br />(a) Street right-of-wav man. Pursuant to Ordinance No. 20181, the <br />council has adopted the Street Right-of--Way Map designating the widths of street <br />right-of--way and street paving for specific street segments. Any street segment for <br />which no widths are designated on this map shall have the maximum widths for its <br />classification as set forth in subparagraph (b)3.b. of this section. Hereafter the Street <br />Right-of--Way Map may be amended or modified as provided in paragraph (2)(b) <br />hereof. <br />(b) Procedures to amend right-of--way ma,~. Widths for proposed new ' <br />streets or specific street segments as shown on the Street Right-of--Way Map may be <br />determined, amended or modified using any one of the following procedures: <br />3. When entering an order concerning the Street Right-of--Way <br />Map under subparagraph (b)2. above the following criteria shall be <br />considered: <br />b.
