The November 1999 Street Classification Map attached as Exhibit A hereto <br />is hereby adopted. To the extent any street classification contained in Exhibit A conflicts with a <br />classification contained in any other ordinance, resolution, order or plan, except local streets in the <br />Eugene Local Street Plan, the classification in Exhibit A controls. <br />Section 3. The Street Right-of--Way Map adopted by Ordinance No. 19922 on June 21, <br />1993 is hereby repealed, and the November 1999 Street Right-of--Way Map attached as Exhibit B <br />hereto is hereby adopted. <br />Section 4. The Eugene Arterial and Collector Street Plan, including Appendices A through <br />F, attached as Exhibit C hereto is hereby adopted as findings in support of the actions taken herein. <br />Section 5.
