All issues are available online at: www.ci.eugene.or.us/parks/news. <br />FINANCING PARKS AND OPEN SPACE BOND MEASURE PROJECTS <br />In 1998, voters approved $25.3 million* of General Obligation bonds for parks and open space projects. The <br />City issued the last of those bonds in May 2004.
