<br />- 7.5.3 wired Egy_j._pment. The operator must own or lease <br />in writing a minimum of two currently licensed aircraft, or one <br />currently licensed helicopter. <br />7.5.4 Hours of Operation. The minimum operating hours of <br />the facility shall be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., five days a week, exclud- <br />ing holidays. <br />7.6, Aircraft Sales <br />7.6.1 Required lot Size. The .leasehold shall contain a <br />minimum of two tie-downs-and additional tie-downs and hangar space <br />ao accommodate the projected. inventory. of aircraft. <br />7.6.2 wired Buildin, Size. For sales, the operator must have <br />a minimum of 150 square feet of properly lighted and. heated space ,on <br />the airport property for offices, restrooms and publicuse. Lounge <br />areas shall be provided by the operator. The operator may satisfy <br />the obligation to provide restrooms and lobby space by .sharing <br />lobby-space and restrooms with another operator. in the same building. <br />if servicing of the aircraft sold is part of the proposed operation, the <br />operator shall provide 1500 square feet of char-span. hangar of adequate <br />'dimensions to accommodate maintenance and warranty servicing 'of the <br />aircraft sold. <br />7.6.3 Required Personnel. The operator shall have one full-time <br />authorized agent to transact sales and available services- of a <br />.demonstration pilot who has a current commercial pilot certificate with <br />an instrument rating and ratings appropriate for the types of aircraft <br />to be demonstrated.` <br />7.6.4 Dealerships. It shall be at-the discretion of the operator:.. <br />(a) Whether or not do be an authorized factory:deal'er and (b) To <br />choose. whatever.: manufacturer he wishes to represent. `:All aircraft <br />dealers shall hold .a dealership license or permit if required. <br />7.6.5 c t. A dealer of new aircraft shall have available or <br />on call at least one current model demonstrator and shall provide for <br />demonstrations,of additional models of the manufacturer for which a <br />dealership is held: A dealer shall provide an adequate. supply of .parts <br />and servicing facilities_to customers during aircraft and-parts warranty <br />periods. ,,- <br />7.6.5 Services. The dealer shall provide for adequate servicing <br />of aircraft, parts and accessories during ;warranty periods of new and <br />used aircraft. Non-dealers must provide or have contract access to on- <br />site-spare parts and service to meet any warranty or warranties for the <br />aircraft which are sold with warranties. <br />7.6.6 Hours of Operation. The minimum operating hours of <br />the facility shall be 8:00 a.m. to .5:00 p.m~., five days a week, exclud- <br />ing holidays. <br />Rules - 31 <br />
